The menu at Restaurant Noodle Factory is very straightforward; I loved that the descriptions were in English, French, and Mandarin. Chinatown Montreal sees thousands of visitors daily, so the menu must cater to everyone.

The many dishes and appetizers had pictures to make the ordering experience easy. I loved that the appetizers were affordable and under CAD 10.

I visited on a rainy day to try hand-pulled noodles with broccoli and minced pork. I compared their noodles with Nouilles De Lan Zhou, which are very different in taste and presentation. The total was under $20, and the taste was fresh. I liked the noodles, but I have tried better ones.
