The Hilton Barbados
If you’re visiting Barbados and looking for a great place to stay, the Hilton Barbados just may be the place for you. Located at Needham's Point, Bridgetown, BB11000, Barbados. This hotel features over 500 rooms, two pools, three restaurants, and the beautiful Barbados beach.
Home to the 17th-century ruins of Charles Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, our resort boasts stunning views of the Caribbean from every guest room. It also offers direct access to two white-sand beaches, two outdoor pools, a full-service spa, and a gym. To complete your experience, enjoy a cocktail and world-class dining at one of its restaurants.
The Hilton Barbados has multiple restaurants and bars for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Depending on your vacation package, the price is included or there is an additional cost. Always check to confirm, as the restaurants are very expensive.
During my stay at the Hilton Hotel, I was able to try a few of their restaurants. I first tried the Waters Edge pool and bar. I ordered the chicken quesadilla, which came with a side of cole slaw. This quesadilla was a solid 10/10. They did not skimp on the ingredients. My only issue was the size and cost. I paid around $34, and the drink was not included.
For dinner, I dined at the Lighthouse Terrace restaurant. I ordered the Thai chicken with coconut curry and white rice. The cost of this dish was around $55, no drinks included. The chicken curry was nice and creamy. The chicken was cooked perfectly; this dish was a solid 8/10.
Eggs Your Way
Two cage-free farm-fresh eggs, a choice of smoked bacon, ham, beef, or pork sausage, red bliss potatoes, and a selection of toast with butter and preserves
My final review of the Hilton Barbados is a solid 4/5 stars. From check-in to check-out, the staff was super helpful and friendly. The beach and the pool were both kept well. The rooms featured a spacious balcony that provided an amazing view of Bridgetown, Barbados.
