Pizzédélic Monkland, NDG Montreal
Pizzedelic is one of the oldest restaurants on Monkland Ave. Since 1995, Pizzedelic has served traditional pizzas and delicious salads that hit the spot. This iconic restaurant can be found at 5556 Monkland Ave., Montreal, less than a five-minute walk away from metro Villa Maria. Pizzédélic Monkland is also famous for its delicious cocktails and shooters.
A big plus for this restaurant is a gluten-free pizza crust and white dough vegan cheese for an additional $3 per item; both can be ordered with or without pizza sauce. Check out their menu and my full visit below.
The menu at Pizzédélic Monkland includes pizza, pasta, delicious desserts, and amazing salads. I tried the Greek salad and Teen Spirit pizza, and both were a solid 10/10. First, the pizza was $21, a little on the expensive side, but worth it. The amount was enough to feed two people when ordered with other items. If ordering this item alone, it will not be enough.
The next item we tried was the Greek salad. I loved the fresh Italian tomatoes, tangy lemon vinaigrette, and Kalamata olives. It was not the typical Greek salad I am used to, but I enjoyed it. A must-try!
