If you’re looking for a fun evening with friends and family, look no further. SOTA BBQ is the place to be. SOTA is an all-you-can-eat Korean restaurant located in downtown Montreal at 1825 Saint-Catherine St. W., Montreal.

They are very easy to spot. SOTA offers various handrolls, sliced meats, soups, and appetizers. I have always had a pleasant experience, great food, and a fun time. Check out my visit below!

Sota is an all-you-can-eat Korean BBQ restaurant that offers fresh meats, handrolls, various soups, sushi, and appetizers. The grilling experience at Sota is the main attraction; some of the meats available to drill are beef ribs, chicken, salmon, and pork. Sota's online menu showcases the full list of items available.

Sota has over 75 dinner items to choose from; it may seem overwhelming, but with a full group, there is more than enough to share. I enjoyed their sushi pizza and grilled salmon the most, as they tasted extremely fresh.

So far, I have visited Sota twice, and both times I enjoyed the experience. Sota is one of the best Korean BBQ restaurants here in Montreal. Each item that was ordered exceeded my expectations with its freshness and quantity.
