I recently visited Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant in Illinois and was blown away. The restaurant was beautifully decorated with a full wine bar on display.

Cooper's Hawk has over a dozen restaurants with locations in Florida, Ohio, Alabama, Arizona, and more. They had a separate menu for the wine, chef recommendations, and the main menu that consisted of appetizers, mains, sandwiches, steaks, pastas, and desserts.

The atmosphere was fun, and the staff was super friendly, perhaps the best customer service that I've had in a long time. Dinner was a solid 10/10. And I can't wait to share what we ordered with you. Comment down below your favourite dish from Copper Hawk Winery & Restaurant.

Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant's menu is very straightforward. They offer various appetizers, entrees, salads, soups, steaks, and decadent desserts. There is also a unique menu called Chef Recommendations that features an appetizer, an entree, and a dessert paired with a featured wine.

This menu is updated monthly to reflect the "wine of the month." For April, the featured wine was California Riviera at $11.75 per glass.

Copper's Hawk has an extensive wine list with some of the best selections in the world to choose from. I usually go for a CHIC rose, but last night I ended up choosing the Romance Red from the red menu. I honestly was not sure what to expect, as this is my first time having a sweet wine. I loved it. It was sweet and a little tart. The body was full, and it lasted for a while on my palate. Solid 8/10.

The appetizers were super delicious; I cannot rave enough about the potstickers. Out of the two appetizers that we ordered, these were the best. The filling was delicious, and the outside was crunchy. The ginger soy sauce was perfectly blended and paired well with the potstickers.

The Thai chicken wraps were also good; the Asian cabbage coleslaw and crunch wontons really made this dish. The best part was the three chili sauces that came with this dish on the side.

Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant-Dinner Menu

It was difficult to choose my entree because every item on the menu looked appealing. I ended up choosing the gnocchi carbonara, and it was the best decision ever.

The price for this dish was $28.99 before taxes and worth every penny. The gnocchi was perfectly cooked, and the garlic cream sauce complemented the ingredients. This dish is a solid 9/10. My only issue was the added green peas.

My boyfriend ordered the Trio of Medallion with the horseradish crust and absolutely loved it. The dish was $45.99 and came with mashed potatoes and roasted veggies. Personally, I think that price was a little high but definitely not the highest that I have seen.

I highly recommend Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant. I loved the food, service, outdoor patio, and wine room. The restaurant is large and spacious, and there is seating available for small and large groups. The patio was not the biggest, but it worked nicely on a lovely spring day. I will say that this restaurant surprised me, as I was not sure what to expect.

The dish that I recommend is the pot stickers; out of everything we ordered, this really stood out to us. Solid 10/10...
